COURSE OVERVIEW
This course will examine how Lone workers need to analyse their working environment in terms of health and safety. They will discuss and share experience of personal safety. Examine company lone worker policy to ensure they work in a safe and professional manner. Working in groups they will engage in the 2-minute risk assessment to recognise potentially unsafe and violent situations and how to react in those situations by engaging de escalation techniques.
COURSE CONTENT
The course is designed for delegates to better understand the areas of Lone Working Delegates will be able to gain a fuller understanding of lone working how to work in a safe way and recognise risk. Candidates will evaluate and agree action plans in order to work in a safe way. Trainer will build in on group functional skills to ensure full understanding.
